The home includes three separate living rooms, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out. Two full kitchens make it easier to prepare meals for a large group, and multiple dining and seating areas provide options for eating, relaxing, watching movies, or playing games.

Outside, the private patio features a hot tub, outdoor TV, dining area, turf, and yard games. The upper balcony provides an additional outdoor gathering space with comfortable seating and a fire pit.

Community pickleball courts are located very close to the home. The community pool and shared hot tub are also just a short walk away.

The 7 bedrooms include a mix of king, queen, and additional sleeping accommodations for groups of up to 26. Several bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs.

Important Layout Information

This property is a split duplex with two completely separate living units. There is no interior connection between the two units. Guests must go outside and use the exterior stairs to access the basement unit.

Each unit has its own kitchen, living space, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private entrance. This setup works especially well for multiple families or groups who want to stay at the same property while having separate spaces.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $295.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $295.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
